Everything you need to know

Common questions about the platform, infrastructure, and how NOTT handles your data.

NOTT is a B2B platform that builds and runs private AI modules for e-commerce operations. Instead of wiring generic plugins to public AI APIs, you get custom modules — like Geo Intelligence, SEO Intelligence, and Price-Sync — that connect to your own catalog and data sources, run on infrastructure we operate, and are managed from a tenant-isolated admin console.

No. NOTT is a module-based platform — modules run as tenant-isolated workloads and are managed from the client admin. Some are available to install from the Marketplace, but the core product is managed AI modules configured for your stack, not a directory of third-party plugins.

NOTT runs inference on private infrastructure we operate instead of routing workloads through public model APIs. Capacity, access, and session behavior are configured for the deployment rather than inherited from a shared public API product.

Public model APIs typically bill by usage and place model availability, rate limits, and provider policies outside your control. NOTT provides allocated private inference capacity, scoped integrations, and predictable pricing for the workflows configured in your deployment.

Some workflows need session context to keep conversations coherent or preserve operational state. Context retention is enabled only where the workflow requires it, and its scope, access, and retention period are defined during implementation.

For customer support, recommendations, and other stateful modules, we design the minimum context needed for the task instead of treating every interaction as permanent history.

Inference runs on private NOTT infrastructure. Customer prompts and operational context are not routed through public OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar model APIs. Data still travels through the approved connection between your systems and NOTT, so the exact data flow, retention, and regional requirements are documented during technical discovery.

NOTT is built around installable and custom AI modules. Common deployments include Geo Intelligence, SEO Intelligence, and Price-Sync with a controlled database connector. Current public availability is shown live on the Marketplace page.

Yes. Price-Sync can read your live catalog and write approved updates back through a controlled bridge — access is scoped to the fields you allow, and every write is audited. Exact fields and permissions are defined during setup.

Onboarding is handled personally by our team. Reach out and a manager will guide you through setup, configuration, and go-live. We're available around the clock — day and night — to make sure your launch goes smoothly.

Yes. The architecture scales horizontally — capacity expands by adding nodes, not by migrating to a different platform. You won't outgrow the infrastructure.

Yes. Each tenant has a scoped API allowing you to integrate NOTT's AI capabilities into your existing e-commerce stack, custom storefronts, or internal tools — without going through the dashboard UI.

Traffic uses HTTPS and scoped authentication. Inference services are not exposed as public model endpoints; access is mediated through approved application and integration routes. Tenant permissions, data sources, write access, logging, and retention are scoped during implementation and can be reviewed as part of a technical security assessment.
